American Tea Room is a luxury tea brand with stores around Southern California. Ivytides led strategy, and re-design and developed the American Tea Room digital identity including a responsive e-commerce site and iOS and Android applications.
We designed the shop on the Shopify e-commerce framework focused on driving conversions with an easy path to purchase showing off 150 variety of teas. Customers can discover tea by type, mood or flavor and buy with just a few clicks. Customers can also browse tea recipes and save their favorites for reordering.
Translating to mobile, we enhanced the American Tea Room brand by offering a quick and easy ordering experience, ability to favorite teas or reorder and a handy tea timer to view all the relevant information for each tea. Product information included a tea prep guide, and extensive tea information.
American Tea Room’s launch was covered in a variety of media outlets LA Eater, LA Times, Time Out, Trillist etc and is one of the fastest growing tea brands.
